By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

General

Commissions are digital only. I retain the right to refuse any commission request.

References you must include◆ The character(s)Optional References

◆ Colours/Aesthetics (ex. a moodboard)
◆ Small details (patterns, designs)
◆ Background references❖ A text description of the character’s personality or any other details is also helpful along with reference pictures.❖ If reference cannot be obtained (while highly preferred) please be very detailed in your text description of the character/piece.❖ Any vague descriptions with little to no reference will be left up to my interpretation and cannot be refuted if it is not what you had envisioned.

Timeframe

❖ Timeframe of the art process is subjective to my circumstances, complexity of the commission and queue but will generally be done within 2-4 weeks. If it takes longer than 4 weeks I will notify you with a new estimated time and updates on the progress❖ If a specific date is needed for the art to be completed by you must notify me prior to starting the commission.❖ Please make sure to respond promptly during check-ins as delayed responses will also delay the overall time to complete the commission.❖ The process of the commission will go as:Sketch -> Lineart -> Colours & Finishing Touches❖ 1-2 revisions are allowed during the Sketch phase.❖ Anything that results in redos of backgrounds, outfits, linearts, posing or additions that were not previously mentioned past the Sketch phase will result in a revision fee charged per change. Price will be determined by the size of the revision.

Payments & Refunds

❖ Payment will be processed through Paypal in USD ($) currency. If you use CAD ($) currency please notify me before hand.❖ Once there is an agreement to proceed with the commission I will send an invoice to you through Paypal, so your e-mail will be required. This will also be the same email the final commission will be sent to unless otherwise specified.❖ Full or half payment must be made upfront before I start the commission. Half payments are only allowed on pieces priced $80USD or higher.❖ For half payments the remaining half must be paid after the commission is completed to receive the full resolution images.❖ No refunds will be issued once the payment is sent with the exception if a refund is requested before I start the commission.

Usage

❖ All commissions are for PERSONAL use only.❖ If the commission is needed for commercial uses (specifically for merchandizing or any method of monetization or reselling) you must notify me prior to payment.❖ For commercial use new terms and price will be discussed specific to the usage or project.❖ I retain full copyright of the artwork and reserve the right to showcase it online such as on portfolio sites and social media. I will not claim any characters drawn as my own if they do not belong to me.❖ You nor any third-party are allowed to trace, alter or edit the piece without my consent.❖ You may post the art you've commissioned on your own sites/social media if desired but I must be credited. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation or remove the watermark.

Hi there! I'm Sabrina but I also go by Raggedy! I'm a Black Canadian freelance artist from Ontario.I love designing and drawing cute characters either original or fan work.
